ADNA residents were were awakened by a noise and flashlight inside their home around 5:20 am on XXX. The intruder was rifling through belongings and was chased out of the house by the resident. The resident and the intruder had a verbal altercation who then jumped the wall and fled on foot. He was caught by the LCPD and was arrested. He came through our unlocked door. The residents noted that he is bold and unstable enough that he has no hesitation. Security camera revealed that he had been on the property since about 3:30am. He rifled through all of our outdoor storage, left messes but does not appear to have taken anything.on
